Is the government ahead or behind when it comes to webcare? I hear different opinions about it. One municipality that is very active on social mia is Eindhoven. Internal advisor, trainer and coach social mia Carin Springelkamp is happy to tell you how they approach it, because she is an advocate of transparency – certainly from a public body.
Where webcare begins and ends is a choice
According to Carin, it is about at least answering the questions that come in on Twitter and Facebook properly buy bulk sms russia and doing something with them. “That is just like picking up the phone,” she says. Since the summer of 2012, Carin has start a Facebook page and webcare is divid among 3 people, so that there is always occupation. She is convinc that “if you are not on Twitter yourself, you should not do it for business. Learning is much more difficult then. First understand how it works and then you can join in the conversation. Webcare seems so easy, but it absolutely is not.”
