(Foreword that I wrote for Rafael Bordes’ book )
No one knows where the phenomenon of Social Networks will lead, nor can we be sure if in a few years we will continue to use the platforms that exist today, or we will have completely changed the way we communicate, but if something The networks are going to leave us without a doubt, it is to know ourselves much better and our capacities and to conserve certain people who we have been lucky enough to cross our path because some of them, at least since the beginning of my experience, do not they have ceased to amaze me.
In recent years we have all evolved so fast that it is almost dizzying to think about it.
Do not stop believing

Each and every one of the experiences we live every day marks us.
Perhaps our generation had lived very calm, working a lot and many hours yes, but without complicating life too much. If something scared us, we avoided it and the problem was over . We knew what we were up to and there came a time when we were settled in the role that we had to play.
But life, from time to time shakes you and you have to take a step forward, facing the demons that each one of us carry inside, showing the way, who really wants to see it, with arrows that encourage you to continue forward.
Without fear I faced the unknown and when crossing to the other side I found the magic.
We have changed a lot, our lives have changed a lot and we have learned a lot on this journey.
